September 23, 2007 I'm happy to nominate Rex Lesher for the 2008-2009 District 8 VP position. I have been flying with Rex for the last seven years and I have total confidence in his abilities to lead and grow this district. Below is his campaign statement:
September 9, 2007 I updated the web site and added reports for the Redmond contest as well as updating the district points champs for 2007. I also updated the MVP page. June 10, 2007 I updated the web site and added reports for the following events:
March 11, 2007 At last I updated the web site! I still have a lot of work to do but I have the preliminary 2007 schedule posted. Please don't miss the judging seminar! Also; checkout the Tips page for a cool idea from Jim Hiller and the for sale page for a couple of ready to fly pattern plans from John Gaylord. September 24, 2006 Sorry for the delay in updating the D8 web site. Work has been keeping me pretty busy the last few weeks. The season is over in D8 and I have updated the web site with the full details and lots of pictures from our last contest in Creswell. Please checkout all the details. I have also updated the district champion page with all the final points standings. I have one more contest report to add for the Propnuts event in Canada, I hope to get this done next week. July 23, 2006 Survived the NATS! See the details and all the pictures on the NATS report page. I'm selling my Hydeout! please check it out on the For Sale page. Its a great airplane and its flown in the NATS! Just don't ask me how I did. July 11, 2006 I have updated the site and added the Molalla contest report. I have also added details for the Nate Dixon contest and the Creswell contest. I will post details on the Concrete contest in the next few days. Rex Lesher, my wife Meri and I are heading to the NATS! Keep an eye of the NATS report page to follow along with our adventure. Rex, Meri and I are driving and hope to arrive in Muncie Saturday morning. This is a 2200 mile trip and we hope to make it in 2 and a half days.
