If you are interested
in Pattern Precision Aerobatics, you may join this list. This list
is not restricted to members of NSRCA. We hope you would eventually
choose to join NSRCA since it is for and about pattern competitors!
This list will permit you to send one e-mail message
and have it go to all list members!
Your participation in this list is strictly optional.
You must join the mail list!
When you receive a piece of e-mail from the list,
you may just click your button.
This will send your reply back to the list.
A word on netiquette. These messages are
going to be viewed by a lot of people. Please keep the topics to
that of interest to pattern competitors. We don't want to create
more spam out there! Using this list for commercial purposes is
prohibited. If you are an individual (or acting as such) and want
to sell your plane, fine. If you are a dealer, well, it's not fair
to use this list. (Contact the ad manager at the NSRCA News Letter
for a better way.) Also, inappropriate language and personal attacks are
not permitted! We are family-friendly!
The List Master will have the right to remove
from the list any member who abuses our rules, without further notice.
By using the list, you agree that the NSRCA, its officers, and its
volunteers are not responsible for any consequences of its use.
If we receive non-delivery
reports on your email address you will be removed from the list. Non
Delivery may be caused by your mailbox being full, email address
invalid, your server won't accept emails from our server and other
reasons.
Once you are a member, you may use the list by sending email: To:
nsrca-discussion@lists.nsrca.org
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
We
are receiving far to many non-deliverable emails from this list!
The
main culprit is "Mail Boxes FULL" or "Message would exceed quota
for <
xxxxx@grapevine.net
>"! When your server reaches a level where it will no longer accept
your emails I receive something similar to the following for each email sent to the list.
I.E.
"<xxxxxx@someone.com>:
208.252.179.200 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 452 4.2.2 Message would exceed quota for <xxxxxx@someone.com>
Giving up on 208.252.179.200.
I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too
long."
So if one person is in this situation and fifteen emails
are sent to the list, I receive fifteen just for him. Now multiply this
by fifteen folks and you see the problem.
Please read/empty your email box regularly and/or acquire more
capacity.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
