INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIRST TIME DATABASE USE

To access the NSRCA On Line Data Base the first time, you must:

1. enter your NSRCA Number as your User Name
2. enter for your initial password, which is your:
   First letter of your first name;
   Followed by the first three letters of your last name;
   Then followed by your NSRCA number, with no spaces.
   
   Example: Bob Jones with an NSRCA number of 6789 initial password would be bjon6789.
   

The password is not case sensitive.

When a member first signs in to the new K-Factor down load page they will read the following instructions;

"This page is used to update your password. You MUST change your password the first time you logon, if you don't you will not be able to access the data base again. Later on, you can change if you believe your old password may be compromised, or too hard to remember, etc.

When considering a password, please follow these guidelines:

1). Do not use people's names
2). Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length, but no more than 30
3). Do not use single dictionary words. Dual or triple words, separated by numbers work
well, as they can be easy to remember. (example: look2high)
4). Use at least one number or special character in the password.

Using the input form below, enter your old password, followed by 2 copies of your new password. The 2 copies are compared to ensure a typo error was not made."

This service is for MEMBERS ONLY. If any member is discovered supplying his/ her password to a non-member, that member will loose this access privilege. This feature will be a great asset to our Society. Please follow the rules and help keep this feature for our future growth and membership.
